Southern Healthcare Management seeks an experienced RN Unit Manager to lead nursing care for residents in our Florida facility. You will maintain health plans, coordinate family communications, and address concerns with a compassionate, proactive approach.

Qualified candidates hold ASN or Practical Nursing Diploma, RN or LPN licensure in Florida, and at least 1 year of nursing experience, preferably in sub-acute or long-term care.

Qualifications

• ASN or Practical Nursing Diploma required.
• Clear and active RN or LPN Licensure in the state of practice required.
• At least 1 year of nursing experience required; sub-acute or long-term care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining and restoring health of resident patients.
• Acting as main point of contact between residents and their families.
• Addressing and preventing concerns from family members.
