White Oak of Shelby is seeking a Staff Development Coordinator - RN to join our 160-bed skilled and rehab facility in Shelby, NC. This full-time role runs Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.

Active NC RN license and strong leadership, organization, and time management are required; teaching and LTC background is a plus but not mandatory.
