Job summary

Roselane Health Center by Harborview is seeking an RN/LPN Staff Development Coordinator to lead education and training within the facility. You will support hiring and onboarding, provide continuing education to nursing staff, and ensure the team is prepared, compliant, and compassionate in care.

The role involves coordinating orientation, maintaining training records, and collaborating with leaders to address educational needs, under the direction of the Director of Nursing.

Qualifications

• Active RN/LPN license in good standing.
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with hiring and onboarding of new staff.

What You Will Do

• Collaborate with department leaders to identify and address educational needs
• Maintain training records and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
• Support the Director of Nursing and leadership team with other assigned duties
• Other duties as assigned

What You Must Have

• ActiveRN/LPN Licensein good standing
