Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current unrestricted Registered Nurse license in the applicable state.
• CPR certification or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to assigned patients.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care plans.
• Involve patients and families in care decisions and education.
• Assess, document, and update care plans for optimal outcomes.
• Perform safe patient handoffs using SBAR and bedside reporting.
• Monitor and communicate clinical findings and lab data.
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation.
• Delegate and supervise patient care activities within scope of practice.
• Participate in quality improvement and professional development.
