Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current unrestricted RN license in the applicable state.
• CPR certification or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire.
• Valid driver's license required for Home Infusion nurses.
• Experience is welcome but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to assigned patients with professional accountability.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care.
• Involve patients and families in care decisions and education.
• Document and update patient care plans to support outcomes and recovery goals.
• Perform safe handoffs using SBAR and bedside reporting.
