Maxim Healthcare is offering a Skills Advancement Training Program for Registered Nurses seeking hands-on homecare experience and skill development. You will work with seasoned Maxim clinicians who provide one-on-one guidance, real-time feedback, and ongoing support to build confidence in essential nursing skills.

The program is designed for both new nurses and those refreshing their expertise, with paid training, mentorship, and flexible scheduling in a homecare setting.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Active RN license.
• Current CPR certification.
• Current PPD or Chest X-Ray (if applicable).
• Passion for learning and delivering exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor patient progress and document responses to interventions.
• Communicate changes in patient condition to supervisors or physicians.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to coordinate care.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Promote safe care with infection control and universal precautions.
• Build confidence in delivering skilled nursing care through mentorship.
