Qualifications

• Current Iowa RN license in good standing.
• CPR certification is required.
• Knowledge of long-term care regulations helpful.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing setting.
• Support daily unit operations to ensure quality and safety.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and timely.
• Monitor resident status and respond to changes promptly.
• Collaborate with CNAs, LPNs, providers, and the care team.
• Communicate care needs with residents and families clearly.
• Document care in charting per standards and regulations.
• Follow infection control, safety and compliance protocols.
