Job summary

Spring River Rehabilitation & Care Center in Roswell, New Mexico, is seeking compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) for full-time and part-time positions. The role includes direct patient care, medication administration, assessments, and coordination with physicians and the interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current CPR or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Current RN license in the State of New Mexico

Responsibilities

• Provide and oversee nursing care per care plans and orders.
• Perform resident assessments and respond to changes in condition.
• Administer medications and treatments within RN scope.
• Coordinate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members.
• Mentor and supervise nursing staff and students.
• Educate residents and families about care plans and medications.
• Document accurately in the EMR.
• Respond to emergencies with sound clinical judgment.
• Support infection prevention and quality initiatives.
• Promote resident dignity and quality of life.
