Job summary

Spring River Rehabilitation and Care Center is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to deliver skilled nursing and rehabilitation care. You will assess residents, administer medications, and develop care plans while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

A relocation bonus is available for eligible nurses moving to Roswell, NM. Candidates must hold an active RN license in New Mexico and current CPR/BLS certification, with strong clinical judgment and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Active RN license to practice in the relevant state.

Responsibilities

• Assess residents and coordinate timely follow-up with providers.
• Administer medications and treatments per orders and procedures.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
• Provide direction to nursing assistants and care team members.
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation.
• Communicate with residents and families about care and progress.
• Promote dignity, safety, infection prevention, and quality care.
