Job summary
Bellway Health and Rehabilitation Center in Selma, Alabama is seeking compassionate Registered Nurses to join our skilled nursing and long-term care team. Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse license in Alabama.
- Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or rehab preferred.
- Strong clinical and assessment skills; effective communication.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care according to individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
- Monitor resident condition including vital signs and changes in status.
- Complete accurate and timely documentation.
- Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges.
- Work closely with LPNs, CNAs, physicians, and therapy staff.
- Support residents with daily care needs and participate in care planning.
- Follow infection control and safety procedures; train new staff.
