Job summary

Bellway Health and Rehabilitation Center in Selma, Alabama is seeking compassionate Registered Nurses to join our skilled nursing and long-term care team. You will provide direct resident care, administer medications, and support our clinical staff to deliver high-quality care in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility.

Requirements include Alabama RN license, experience in long-term care or rehab, strong clinical and assessment skills, and willingness to work weekends and holidays as

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse license in Alabama.
• Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or rehab preferred.
• Strong clinical and assessment skills; effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care according to individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Monitor resident condition including vital signs and changes in status.
• Complete accurate and timely documentation.
• Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges.
• Work closely with LPNs, CNAs, physicians, and therapy staff.
• Support residents with daily care needs and participate in care planning.
• Follow infection control and safety procedures; train new staff.

Bellway Health and Rehabilitation Center is seeking compassionate and dependable Registered Nurses (RN) to join our growing team in Selma, Alabama.In this role, you will provide direct resident care, administer medications, and support our clinical team in delivering high-quality care in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility.

RN Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN)license in Alabama
• Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or rehab preferred
• Strong clinical and assessment skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to prioritize and work in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays as needed

RN Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care according to individualized care plans
