Job summary

NHS Management, LLC is actively seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our interdisciplinary team in Alabama. You will deliver patient-centered care, assess and document health status, and collaborate with physicians and therapists to implement individualized plans.

Qualifications

Current RN license
Strong geriatric and rehabilitation care knowledge
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to collaborate in a team
Compassionate, patient-focused approach
BLS/CPR certification required; ACLS certification a plus

Responsibilities

Deliver patient-centered nursing care to residents in a long-term care and rehabilitation setting.
Assess, monitor, and document residents' health conditions and progress.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring compliance with facility protocols.
Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Provide education and support to residents and their families regarding care plans and health conditions.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations.
Foster a safe, comfortable, and therapeutic environment for residents.
Supervise and mentor nursing assistants to ensure quality care delivery.
