Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is required.
• Two years of RN experience required.
• Current RN license in the State of Michigan.
• BCLS/ACLS certification per unit standards.
• Certifications appropriate for the specific unit.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and direct the provision of patient care services within the department.
• Assist in development, implementation, and monitoring of budgets and quality improvement programs.
• Ensure staffing levels meet patient care needs and organizational goals.
• Support establishment and achievement of department goals and objectives.
• Monitor regulatory compliance and adherence to policies.
• Assist in evaluation and disciplinary actions as needed.
