Greens at Hickory is a Long-Term Care facility dedicated to providing individualized, high-quality care and rehabilitation to our residents. We’re seeking compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our growing team of successful, responsible, and happy caregivers.

We offer a $12,000 sign-on bonus, flexible schedules with days, evenings, and nights, and career growth opportunities from RN to Unit Manager, with strong support for continuing education in a supportive, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• Nursing degree from an accredited program or college/university.
• Active, unencumbered North Carolina RN license.
• Current CPR certification.
• At least one year of experience in Long-Term Care.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents per care plans, including medication administration, assessments, wound care, and documentation.
• Supervise daily nursing activities performed by Nursing Assistants.
• Monitor residents’ conditions and promptly notify physicians of changes.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver exceptional care.

Shift Options:

• Days, Evenings and Night shifts available.
• Full-Time or Part- Time, all shifts with every other weekend required.
• 8 and 12-hour shifts to support work-life balance.
