Registered Nurse (RN) – $10,000 Sign-On Bonus | Pinehurst, NC

The Greens at Pinehurst is seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our team. We are a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility focused on delivering high-quality care while supporting our staff’s growth and success.

Compensation & Benefits:

• $10,000 Sign-On Bonus (Full-Time)

Schedule:

• Full-Time
• Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• 12-hour shifts

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care including medication administration, assessments, wound care, and documentation
• Supervise Nursing Assistants and support daily clinical operations
• Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes to the physician and care team

Qualifications:

• Active, unencumbered North Carolina RN license
• Current CPR certification
• Minimum of 1 year of long-term care experience preferred
