Job summary

Greens at Viewmont in North Carolina is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our long-term care team. You will provide direct nursing care, manage medications, and support care plans for residents.

This role offers day and night shifts, 12-hour options, and opportunities for career ladder advancement within a supportive environment. A $12,000 sign-on bonus is available for eligible applicants.

Qualifications

• Nursing degree from an accredited program is required.
• Active North Carolina RN license is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents per care plans, including medications, assessments, wound care, and documentation.
• Supervise daily nursing activities performed by CNAs.
• Monitor residents' conditions and promptly notify physicians of changes.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver exceptional care.
