Job summary
Greens at Hendersonville is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our skilled nursing and rehabilitation team in Hendersonville, NC. Full-time, evening shifts available with 8- and 12-hour shifts, same-day pay, and a $12,000 sign-on bonus plus a $500 bonus after 30 days.

Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing program.
- Active, unrestricted North Carolina RN license.
- Current CPR Certification.
- Minimum of one year of Long-Term Care or Skilled Nursing experience preferred.
- Strong clinical, communication, and leadership skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care according to individualized resident care plans.
- Administer medications, treatments, and physician orders.
- Perform resident assessments, wound care, and accurate clinical documentation.
- Monitor changes in resident condition and communicate with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team.
- Supervise and support CNAs during daily clinical operations.
- Collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure high quality resident care.
- Deliver compassionate, resident-centered care that promotes dignity and quality of life.

As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care by:
Providing direct nursing care according to individualized resident care plans
