The Greens at Spruce Pine is seeking compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our skilled nursing and rehabilitation team in Spruce Pine, NC.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited RN program.
• Active RN license in North Carolina.
• Current CPR Certification.

Responsibilities

• Providing direct nursing care according to individualized care plans.
• Administering medications, treatments, and physician orders.
• Performing resident assessments, wound care, and clinical documentation.
• Monitoring changes in resident condition and communicating with the care team.
• Supervising, mentoring CNAs and supporting staff.
• Promoting resident comfort, dignity, safety, and quality of life.
• Collaborating with the healthcare team for optimal resident outcomes.

Education

Registered Nurse (RN) Responsibilities

As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will play an essential role in delivering exceptional, resident-centered care by:

• Providing direct nursing care according to individualized care plans

• Administering medications, treatments, and physician orders

• Performing resident assessments, wound care, and clinical documentation

• Monitoring changes in resident condition and communicating with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team

• Supervising, mentoring, and supporting Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)

• Promoting resident comfort, dignity, safety, and quality of life

• Collaborating with the healthcare team to achieve the best possible outcomes for every resident

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing program

• Active, unrestricted North Carolina Registered Nurse (RN) License

• Current CPR Certification

• Long-Term Care or Skilled Nursing experience preferred, but not required
