Job summary

The Greens at Spruce Pine in Spruce Pine, NC is seeking compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our skilled nursing and rehabilitation team. We offer full-time and part-time roles with day and night shifts, flexible scheduling, paid training, and a $12,000 sign-on bonus paid within your first year.

As an RN, you will provide direct nursing care, administer medications, and collaborate with a dedicated care team to enhance residents' quality of life.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing program.
• Active, unrestricted North Carolina Registered Nurse (RN) License.
• Current CPR Certification.
• Long-Term Care or Skilled Nursing experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Providing direct nursing care according to individualized care plans.
• Administering medications, treatments, and physician orders.
• Performing resident assessments, wound care, and clinical documentation.
• Monitoring changes in resident condition and communicating with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team.
• Supervising, mentoring, and supporting Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs).
• Promoting resident comfort, dignity, safety, and quality of life.
• Collaborating with the healthcare team to achieve the best possible outcomes for every resident.

Registered Nurse (RN) Responsibilities
