Job summary

Saint Luke's North Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the Surgical Intermediate Cardiac Care Unit (SICC). The role is part-time with a Weekend Work Program, requiring two 12-hour shifts each Saturday and Sunday, paid at time and a half.

You will deliver nursing care to patients undergoing complex cardiovascular procedures and coordinate care with a multidisciplinary team. The ideal candidate holds an Associate Degree in Nursing and is an RN licensed to practice in the United States.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN in the state where practice occurs.
• 2+ shifts per week are weekend-based; requires weekend availability.
• Experience in cardiac/critical care settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care for patients undergoing complex cardiovascular and interventional procedures.
• Demonstrate clinical judgment, accountability and collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.
• Coordinate and supervise patient care plans for assigned patients.

Saint Luke's Hospital is looking for a Registered Nurse to join the dynamic Surgical Intermediate Cardiac Care Unit.

Position: Registered Nurse - SICC

Schedule: Weekend Work Program - Days. This position is a weekend work position.

The WWP requires clinicians to work 2-12 hour shifts every Saturday and Sunday, and is paid at time and a half.

Join a dynamic and collaborative cardiac and critical care team where your expertise and clinical judgement truly make a difference. This role is responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care to patients undergoing complex cardiovascular and interventional procedures, as well as managing acute and critical diagnoses. The RN functions with a high degree of clinical judgement, accountability, and critical thinking while collaborating within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.

In hospital setting, accountable for utilizing the nursing process. Responsible for performing patient care, delegating patient care tasks and for supervision of other patient care staff. Responsible for coordinating the plan of care for a group of assigned patients.
