Qualifications

• Diploma or Associate degree in nursing; BSN preferred.
• Current RN license in good standing and BLS certification.
• Short Stay RN experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care as primary nurse for assigned patients.
• Safely administer prescribed treatments and medications according to plan.
• Prioritize tasks based on patient needs and workload.
• Communicate patient needs during handoffs and with the care team.
• Document patient responses and progress in the EHR.
• Engage in ongoing professional growth and quality improvement.
• Collaborate with physicians and staff to support patient safety.
