St. Vincent Hospital, part of Allegheny Health Network, is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Short Stay Unit.

This fast-paced 25-bed unit cares for same-day/outpatient patients from pre/post op surgical and cardiac care to infusions, with no on-call, night shift, or weekend requirements. The RN assesses and plans care, leads the professional practice setting, and collaborates across disciplines to ensure safe, compassionate care.

Formación

• Active PA RN licensure or multi-state licensure via eNLC.
• Certification in area of specialty (preferred).

Responsabilidades

• Provides leadership in a professional practice setting.
• Collaborates with team to support patient care.
• Delegates tasks based on patient needs and staff capabilities.
• Maintains a safe environment and monitors patient condition.
• Delivers feedback to peers on clinical practice.
