Job summary

WellSpan Health is seeking a part-time night-shift Registered Nurse to join the Critical Care Unit, providing primary nursing care to a mixed population of medical and surgical patients with complex needs.

You will coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team, document patient responses, and participate in performance improvement and safety initiatives, while maintaining a professional practice environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or comparable nursing credential; an Associate degree is acceptable, BSN preferred.
• Licensed RN required at hire; PA or multi-state licensure acceptable.
• Current BLS certification required; additional area-specific certifications may be needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct, patient- and family-centered care as primary nurse for assigned units.
• Safely administer prescribed treatments and medications based on assessment and plan.
• Organize and prioritize care based on patient condition and workload; recognize and respond to changes in status.
