Job summary

WellSpan Good Samaritan Hospital in Lebanon, PA seeks a part-time Day shift RN to provide professional nursing care at the beginner practitioner level. You will act as a primary nurse on the unit, coordinate care planning with interdisciplinary teams, and handle safe handoffs and documentation.

Weekend and holiday rotations are required. Requirements include RN licensure, BLS, and 2+ years of RN experience with infusion or IV skills preferred.

Qualifications

• RN with beginner practitioner level care following nursing process.
• Infusion or IV RN experience preferred.
• Current BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate direct care based on patient needs.
• Administer prescribed treatments and medications safely.
• Organize and prioritize tasks based on patient condition and workload.
• Document patient responses and progress accurately.
• Communicate patient needs for safe handoffs to the care team.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other disciplines.
