Qualifications

• Active Texas RN license.
• BLS for Healthcare Providers active on hire or within 60 days of hire.
• ACLS/TNCC, PALS, NRP, S.T.A.B.L.E., Fetal Monitoring, and Non-Violent Crisis Intervention requirements depend on department.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise patient care on shift.
• Serve as unit patient flow coordinator for admissions, discharges and transfers.
• Coordinate staffing for next shift with Director/Clinical Manager and House Officer.
• Provide supervisory input into staff evaluations and performance reviews.

Education

Graduate of accredited school of nursing

Bachelor's or Masters in Nursing or related field
