Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have graduate nursing degree and active Texas RN license.
• ACLS, TNCC, PALS, NRP, STABLE, Fetal Monitoring, and Non-Violent Crisis Intervention are required depending on department.
• ENPC preferred in the Emergency Department.

Responsibilities

• Provides clinical supervision on a shift basis and coordinates patient care.
• Acts as unit flow coordinator for admissions, discharges and transfers.
• Coordinates unit staffing for the next shift with leadership and staff; participates in staff evaluations.
