Job summary

Deborah Heart and Lung Center in New Jersey is seeking a nurse supervisor to oversee operations during evening, night, weekend, and holiday hours. You will coordinate staffing for patient care areas, manage interdepartmental services, and implement emergency procedures.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of clinical nursing experience with prior supervisory or charge nurse responsibilities, NJ RN license, and BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited nursing program (diploma/AS/BSN).
• NJ State Nursing License and BLS Healthcare Provider Certification required.
• Experience in supervision/charge nurse preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises operations during evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Coordinates staffing of patient care areas and interdepartmental services.

Experience

The minimum starting rate for this position is $49.43
