Job summary

The Administrative House Supervisor at AHS - Sherman Medical Center is a Registered Professional Nurse who holds administrative responsibility for the management of all hospital services on the assigned shift. Qualifications

• Current and valid RN license in Texas is required.
• BLS, ACLS and NIHSS must be obtained on hire and kept current.
• Minimum of 2 years of acute care/critical care/emergency nursing experience required.
• BSN is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and communicates with all staff on the unit across shifts.
• Monitors hospital operations and directs staff as needed to maintain patient care quality.
• May perform direct patient care within the scope of practice while on duty.
