Must have Texas RN license, 7+ years in healthcare with 2+ in managed care, 3+ years in leadership, and proficiency with STAR+PLUS and LTSS operations. Bilingual English/Spanish required.

Qualifications

• Current unrestricted RN license in Texas.
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• 7+ years of healthcare experience with 2+ years in managed care.
• 3+ years of management or supervisory experience in managed care.
• Hands-on experience with STAR+PLUS and LTSS program operations and service delivery.
• Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal).

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision and oversight of service coordination staff.
• Represent service coordination needs in interdepartmental meetings (utilization management, provider relations, operations, finance, quality improvement, member services).
• Facilitate orientation and training of service coordination staff and provide progress feedback.
• Establish performance goals for service coordinators.
• Identify problems and opportunities and revise plans accordingly.
• Ensure compliance with HHSC, TDI, UMCC and URAC standards.
• Manage field staff productivity goals, member satisfaction and outcomes measures.
• Conduct ride-along and telephonic auditing for staff evaluation.
• Develop and maintain corrective action plans.
