Job summary

Wellpath is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide direct patient care using the nursing process under the supervision of Charge Nurses. You will participate in assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation to support optimal patient outcomes.

The role requires graduation from an accredited nursing program, an active RN license in the state of employment, and CPR certification, with a preference for at least 1 year of clinic experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• CPR certification required.
• Minimum 1 year clinic experience preferred.
• Current RN license in the state of employment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in assessing and planning individual treatment programs with Charge Nurses and staff.
• Administer medications and assist with diagnostic tests and minor procedures.
• Count controlled substances and comply with policies and protocols.
• Document nursing encounters using SOAP charting and attend mandatory training.
• Communicate information to nursing staff, physicians and supervisors.
