Job summary

Good Samaritan Woodland in Brainerd, MN is hiring a Registered Nurse to provide comprehensive nursing care for residents in a not-for-profit setting. The RN will assess, plan, implement and evaluate care, collaborating with families and a multidisciplinary team in a Christian environment.

Minimum MN RN licensure is required; a BSN is preferred. The role may include charge nurse duties and requires compliance with state nursing standards and ethical guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must be a Licensed RN in Minnesota.
• Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred.
• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program (CCNE/ACEN/NLN CNEA) and hold current RN licensure.

Responsibilities

• Apply the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement and evaluate resident care.
• Coordinate care with residents, families and interdisciplinary teams.
• Possibly serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to licensed/unlicensed staff.
• Maintain compliance with Nursing Practice Act and professional standards.
