Job summary

San Jacinto Valley Post Acute is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time role on a 4/2 rotation. The position offers a pay range of $43.00 – $48.00 per hour, DOE, and opportunities for professional growth within a compassionate senior care environment.

• Oversee and supervise LVNs and CNAs
• Provide direct nursing care by initiating and implementing treatment plans
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders
• Prepare and manage IV therapy, draw blood, and administer injections
• Monitor residents’ conditions using sound clinical judgment to ensure optimal care
• Admit and discharge residents as needed
• Communicate changes in residents’ conditions to physicians and interdisciplinary team members
• Maintain ongoing communication with residents’ families regarding care and condition updates
