Job summary

San Jacinto Valley Post Acute in Hemet, CA is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time role with a 4/2 rotation. The position offers a pay range of $43.00-$48.00 per hour, DOE, and opportunities for professional growth.

The RN will oversee LVNs and CNAs, administer medications, manage IV therapy, monitor residents, and coordinate care with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality, compassionate care for residents.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and supervise LVNs and CNAs
• Provide direct nursing care by initiating and implementing treatment plans
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders
• Prepare and manage IV therapy, draw blood, and administer injections
• Monitor residents' conditions using sound clinical judgment to ensure optimal care
• Admit and discharge residents as needed
• Communicate changes in residents' conditions to physicians and interdisciplinary team members
• Maintain ongoing communication with residents' families regarding care and condition updates
