Qualifications

• PRN RNs must have at least one year of recent experience in the area of practice.
• One year of related RN experience is required for weekend option positions.
• Current license to practice registered nursing in the State of Ohio.
• ADN required; BSN preferred; CCNE/ACEN accreditation may be preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides, coordinates and/or delegates nursing care and manages resources in the delivery of care for patients, the family of patients and the community.
• Delivers nursing care guided by knowledge of basic principles and nursing theory.
• Maintains safety and quality standards in a high-demand critical care environment.
