Job summary

Summa Health System – Akron Campus is seeking an RN for the H6 Post‑Surgical Progressive Care Unit. This part-time role (24 hrs/week) runs 7:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. on a rotating weekend/holiday schedule in a 36-bed unit specializing in orthopedic to trauma post‑operative patients.

Qualified candidates have ADN with BSN preferred, Ohio RN license, and current BLS/ACLS with ACLS within six months of hire. Join a supportive team with residency for new grads and competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• ADN required; BSN preferred.
• Current Ohio RN license.
• ACLS certification and BLS required; ACLS within six months if not current.

Responsibilities

• Provide, coordinate and/or delegate nursing care.

• Collaborate with team to deliver post-surgical care in a 36-bed unit.
