Responsibilities include reviewing reports, sentinel events, and data analyses while supporting high reliability operations and regulatory compliance across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing required.
• Master's degree in nursing preferred.
• RN license in Minnesota required.
• Certified Professional in Healthcare Risk Management within 5 years welcome.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-level clinical risk management and patient safety initiatives.
• Investigate adverse events, near misses, and grievances with clinical teams.
• Coordinate pro-active risk assessments and compliance with policies.
