Job summary

You will oversee incident response, claims collaboration, and policy development, ensuring regulatory compliance and loss prevention across facilities. Requires RN licensure, CP HRM, and 3+ years in healthcare risk management and nursing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education/related experience: Required
• Two years' leadership experience: Required
• Three years' experience in healthcare or general risk management: Required
• Three years' nursing experience: Required

Responsibilities

• Reviews events and complaints that pose organizational risk and assists in appropriate responses.
• Participates in risk reduction activities and performance improvement teams to identify and mitigate risk.
• Contributes to investigations and analysis of potential and actual liability claims with Claims and Legal teams.
• Develops, reviews and updates risk management policies and procedures with the Director of Risk Management.
• Leads risk education programs and training for organization-wide audiences, including specialty areas.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
