Job summary

Monarch Healthcare Management seeks an RN Respiratory Nurse to deliver specialized respiratory care and develop individualized plans using the RAI process. You will administer treatments, monitor residents, and document changes while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to ensure safety and quality care.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure in Minnesota.
• CPR and Emergency Care training completed.
• Background check per Minnesota DHS guidelines.
• Experience with respiratory patients (tracheostomy, vents) in healthcare/SNF/ALF.

Responsibilities

• Assess and provide specialized respiratory care to residents.
• Develop and update individualized care plans using the RAI process.
• Administer respiratory treatments including oxygen therapy and suctioning.
• Monitor resident conditions with accurate documentation.
• Participate in interdisciplinary care conferences and staff education.
