Monarch Healthcare Management seeks an experienced RN to manage and supervise resident care in line with Minnesota BON standards. You will assess health status, create detailed plans of care, and oversee CNAs and nursing personnel to ensure safety and high-quality outcomes.

The role emphasizes data-driven care, documentation, and adherence to best practices to maintain residents’ physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being. Minnesota licensing and CPR are required.

Qualifications

• Completion of a professional nursing education program approved by the Minnesota Board of Nursing.
• Associate’s degree in Nursing or equivalent foreign degree.
• Current Minnesota registration as a Registered Nurse.
• CPR certification and emergency care indicated.
• CGFNS certificate or full unrestricted nursing licensure in Minnesota, or NCLEX-RN completion.
• Preferred: experience in skilled nursing or assisted living facilities.
