Monarch Healthcare Management seeks an RN Respiratory Nurse to deliver specialized respiratory care and develop individualized plans using the RAI process. You will administer treatments, monitor residents, and document changes while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to ensure safety and quality care.

Competenze

• Current RN licensure in Minnesota.
• CPR and Emergency Care training completed.

• Experience with respiratory patients (tracheostomy, vents) in healthcare/SNF/ALF.

RN Respiratory Nurse

Position Summary:

The RN Respiratory Nurse provides specialized respiratory care to residents through thorough assessment, targeted interventions, and ongoing education, all within the scope of professional licensure. This role develops and updates individualized care plans using the RAI process, administers and manages respiratory treatments including oxygen therapy, suctioning, tracheostomy care, and non-invasive ventilation; monitors resident condition changes with accurate, timely documentation. The RN Respiratory Nurse actively participates in interdisciplinary collaboration, care conferences, and staff education while modeling professionalism and addressing performance concerns when needed. They maintain regulatory compliance through required trainings and adherence to Minnesota BON and Department of Health standards, and promote a resident-centered, inclusive environment focused on safety, quality care, and continuous improvement to support each resident’s highest practicable well-being.

Qualifications:

• Must have current RN Licensure in the State of Minnesota.
• Must have successfully completed health care provider training in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation and Emergency Care.
• Must qualify for employment, after a criminal background study, per the guidelines of
• Minnesota Department of Human Services
• Experience in healthcare, skilled nursing facility or assisted living community specifically with respiratory patients including tracheostomy, vents and other respiratory diagnosis and equipment.
