Job summary

Monarch Healthcare Management is seeking a Registered Nurse to manage and supervise resident care in Minnesota facilities, aligning with Minnesota Board of Nursing standards, the Residents’ Bill of Rights, and the facility’s QAPI program.

The RN will perform comprehensive health assessments, develop individualized care plans, and oversee nursing interventions while ensuring HIPAA, safety, and infection control compliance.

Qualifications

• Must have completed a nursing education program approved by the Minnesota Board of Nursing.
• Current Minnesota RN license.
• Current CPR certification (emergency care).
• Experience in skilled nursing and/or assisted living facilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise resident care in alignment with Minnesota Board of Nursing standards, Residents’ Bill of Rights, and the facility’s QAPI program.
• Conduct comprehensive health assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Oversee implementation of nursing interventions and continuously evaluate outcomes.
• Provide direct nursing services including IV therapy and PICC line care, and educate residents.
• Maintain documentation with HIPAA compliance, infection control, and safety protocols.
• Supervise and support nursing staff, ensure adequate staffing, and participate in emergencies and disaster procedures.

Education

Current Minnesota RN license

Minnesota Board of Nursing‑approved nursing education program
