Monarch Healthcare Management is seeking an RN to manage and supervise resident care in Minnesota. You will conduct comprehensive health assessments, develop individualized care plans, and oversee nursing interventions, while adhering to state board standards and facility policies.

The role requires documenting accurately, maintaining a safe environment, supporting nursing staff, coordinating with families, and participating in emergency procedures to promote residents’ well-being.

Qualifications

• Completion of a professional nursing program approved by the Minnesota Board of Nursing.
• Current Minnesota RN registration is required.
• CPR certification and emergency care credentials are required.
• Experience in skilled nursing or assisted living facilities preferred.
