Job summary

Kettering Health Network is seeking an RN Resource to provide patient-centered care across diverse clinical settings. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care in collaboration with the healthcare team to ensure safety, quality, and continuity of care.

Role requires an accredited nursing degree, Ohio RN license, and BLS certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days). Clinical experience during nursing program is acceptable; no prior work experience required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN or BSN).
• Current Ohio RN license in good standing.
• BLS certification required or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients’ physical, psychosocial, and educational needs through interviews and review of medical history.
• Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans with patients and families.
• Administer medications and treatments safely per orders and protocols.
• Document all aspects of patient care in the EHR accurately and promptly.
• Educate patients and families on health conditions and preventive care.
