Job summary

Kettering Health Network in Beavercreek, OH seeks an experienced Registered Nurse for Resource 480 24 shift. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in collaboration with the healthcare team, ensuring safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Required: Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN or BSN).
• Must hold a current RN license in Ohio.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or ability to obtain within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients’ physical, psychosocial, and educational needs.
• Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans with the team.
• Administer medications and treatments safely as ordered.
• Document care in the electronic health record accurately and promptly.
• Educate patients and families on health conditions and care plans.
• Monitor responses and adjust care plans to achieve outcomes.
