Kettering Health is seeking a Part-time Nurse Navigator for Outpatient Services in Ohio. The role guides patients and families through the healthcare journey by coordinating care, providing education, and supporting timely access to services.

As a primary contact, you will ensure patient-centered support and alignment with the health system's mission and values. Requires ADN/BSN and an active Ohio RN license with BLS or ability to obtain within 90 days.
