Job summary

Kettering Health Main Campus in Ohio is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide direct patient care across units, using the nursing process in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team.

You will report to the Clinical Nurse Manager and participate in performance and practice improvement while meeting required certifications and a 12-hour shift schedule.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Licensed in Ohio as a Registered Nurse.
• At least 12 months of RN experience in an acute care or long-term care setting.
• BLS certification; ACLS certification required within six months of hire.

Responsibilities

Education

Graduation from accredited nursing program

Licensed in Ohio as a Registered Nurse

RN experience in acute care or long-term care

BLS certification

ACLS certification within six months of hire

Minimum 1152 hours per calendar year

Minimum of 12 shifts (144 hours) per 6 week schedule

Weekend shift requirement

2 holidays per year

The Registered Nurse reports to the Clinical Nurse Manager.

Job Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Licensed in the state of Ohio as a Registered Nurse
• At least 12 months of RN expeirnece in an acute care or longterm care setting
• BLS certification
• ACLS certification required within six months of hire
• Must be scheduled a minium of 1152 hours per calendar year
• Minimum of 12 shifts (144 hours) per a 6 week schedule
• Weekend Shift Requirement
• 2 Holiday per year
