Job summary

Kettering Health is seeking an RN Resource in Miamisburg, OH, to work 12-hour day shifts. You will deliver patient-centered nursing care, assess and plan care, and collaborate with the health care team to ensure safety and quality across diverse clinical settings.

Must hold an Ohio RN license with BLS (or ability to obtain within 30 days). ADN or BSN required; BSN preferred; one year of acute care experience is beneficial but not required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN/BSN).
• RN license in Ohio with BLS or ability to obtain within 30 days.

Responsibilities & Requirements

The Registered Nurse (RN) Resource 288 24 delivers patient-centered nursing care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care in collaboration with the healthcare team. This role ensures the safety, quality, and continuity of care for patients across diverse clinical settings, supporting optimal patient outcomes and compliance with regulatory standards. Performs other duties as assigned. All job responsibilities are to be carried out in alignment with Kettering Health's mission, vision, values, and B Safe program.

Required Education:

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Associate Degree in Nursing or Bachelor of Science in Nursing).

Required Work Experience:

• None required
• clinical experience during nursing program accepted.

Required Licenses, Certifications, and Registrations:

• Current, valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Ohio. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.

• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) or specialty certification applicable to clinical area.
