Job summary

Kettering Health Main Campus in Ohio seeks a dedicated Registered Nurse to provide patient-centered care during night shifts. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care with a focus on safety, quality, and regulatory compliance, working within an interdisciplinary team.

Required licensure includes an Ohio RN license and BLS certification. ADN or BSN graduates are welcome; BSN preferred. ACLS or other specialty cert is a plus.

Responsibilities & Requirements

The Registered Nurse (RN) delivers patient-centered nursing care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care in collaboration with the healthcare team. This role ensures the safety, quality, and continuity of care for patients across diverse clinical settings, supporting optimal patient outcomes and compliance with regulatory standards. Performs other duties as assigned. All job responsibilities are to be carried out in alignment with Kettering Health's mission, vision, values, and B Safe program.

Required Education:

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Associate Degree in Nursing or Bachelor of Science in Nursing).

Required Work Experience:

• None required
• clinical experience during nursing program accepted.

Required Licenses, Certifications, and Registrations:

• Current, valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Ohio. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.

Preferred Qualifications

Preferred Licenses, Certifications, and Registrations:

• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) or specialty certification applicable to clinical area.
