Kettering Health Miamisburg is seeking a Resource RN for night shifts to deliver patient-centered care across diverse settings. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care with a collaborative health team, ensuring safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.

Eligible candidates hold an Ohio RN license, an accredited nursing degree (ADN or BSN), BLS, and are prepared to work 12-hour nights in a hospital setting; ACLS or specialty certs are preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN or BSN).
• Current, valid RN license in the State of Ohio.
• BLS certification or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities & Requirements

The Registered Nurse (RN) Resource 1152 delivers patient-centered nursing care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care in collaboration with the healthcare team. This role ensures the safety, quality, and continuity of care for patients across diverse clinical settings, supporting optimal patient outcomes and compliance with regulatory standards. Performs other duties as assigned. All job responsibilities are to be carried out in alignment with Kettering Health's mission, vision, values, and B Safe program.Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Associate Degree in Nursing or Bachelor of Science in Nursing).None required; clinical experience during nursing program accepted.Current, valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Ohio. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN). One year of clinical nursing experience in an acute care or relevant specialty setting. Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) or specialty certification applicable to clinical area.
