Job summary

Kettering Health in Miamisburg is hiring an experienced Registered Nurse for Night shift on our Resource team. The RN uses the nursing process to deliver safe patient care in collaboration with interdisciplinary staff.

The role requires Ohio RN licensure, BLS, ACLS within six months, and a minimum annual hour commitment; weekend shifts and two holidays per year are expected, with 12-hour nights on site and supervision by the Clinical Nurse Manager.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Licensed in the state of Ohio as a Registered Nurse.
• At least 12 months of RN experience in an acute or long-term care setting.
• BLS certification.
• ACLS certification required within six months of hire.
• Must be scheduled a minium of 1152 hours per calendar year.
• Minimum of 12 shifts (144 hours) per a 6 week schedule.
• Weekend Shift Requirement.
• 2 Holidays per year.
